Just set back off Marine Parade this top floor 2-bedroom unit features ocean views without the vehicle noise from cars travelling along Marine Parade.

A comfortable large lounge dominates the living area that opens out onto a front ocean facing balcony with a Webber BBQ. The unit has a crisp modern feel reflected with the artwork and decor. The kitchen has been updated and features a dishwasher and ceramic cooktop. Further down the hall there are 2 large bedrooms and master bedroom with ensuite. There is a small rear balcony off the master bedroom for a quietglass of wine.

Being positioned so close to town this unit is a popular choice amongst many and its also opposite the beach and the ocean view is better than most.

 Please note wtih all of our properties we take a pre-authorisation of a credit card. We will need this before handing out keys.

    My wife and two young children stayed for one week in January and I could not fault the place. Had everything you need and close to all ammenities and the beach. Airconditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Looking forward to returning
