This spacious 3 bedroom holiday apartment is just a short stroll from Kingscliff's beautiful Dreamtime Beach. Featuring secure underground car parking, lift pool and BBQ area it is a fantastic family holiday apartment.

This apartment is in the Serenity Building on Kingscliff Street, one street back from the Beach. It has a great Northerly aspect, a pleasant balcony over the pool and a shady, paved courtyard at the rear. There are ceiling fans throughout and Airconditioning in the living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and appliances including a pod coffee machine and sandwhich press.

The rear access to the building leads down the laneway and across the road to the parkland and beach access track. There is also the great Kingscliff Bike track that runs up and dow the grass that borders the beach as well as a playground and picnic area a short walk away.

Serenity's pool is well kept and has chairs and banana lounges to relax on after a swim and the BBQ area has a large table and seating right next to the pool.

This apartment is very spacious - and could accomodate up to 7 or 8 people by renting extra beds however this is a residential complex - any parties or loud gatherings will be asked to leave. It is also a non smoking complex.
