This property is in a residential complex and is not appropriate for parties or those wishing to listen to loud music late into the night. Please be respectful of neighbours and be aware you will be asked to leave shouldthere be any noise complaints.

  Overall, this is a fantastic apartment. Quiet, excellent location with a view of the beach from the balcony, easy walking distance to gym, supermarket, cafes and bars of Kingscliff. Few things to note, there is no lift (no issue for us), no air-conditioning (fans were fine for all but a few of the hottest Feb nights) and if you happen to have a very low-slung car you may have an issue with the steepness of the driveway into the garage (we managed but it was a very close thing)...
  The apartment is furnished very nicely and the owner has obviously made a big effort to make sure it is well equipped - in our 2 month stay there was hardly a thing we looked for that wasn't there :)
  Staff at Kingscliff rentals were helpful, friendly and professional and went out of their way to make sure everything went well.
  I'd highly recommend a stay here, we will certainly be back!

  We only had one issue, we locked ourselves out on day 1, by closing inside entrance from/to garage, not knowing door would lock automatically. Not very good when phone, wallets etc inside and key in unit doorOther than that all good..
